How to turn headlights off during the day?

Did a search, found nothing. ZJ has a new battery. Was dead yesterday. Can't find anything obvious that I left on, but I want to be able to shut off the headlights during the day..how do you do this??

The US vehicles do not have the daytime running lights (DRL) module.

On mine, with package 28F, there is an Auto / On / Off setting on the headlight switch.

Apparently mine was Canadian made..Can I pull a fuse? Or that module? I don't have an Owners manual..

The Canada vehicles have the DRL module, attached to the fender, below the power distribution center, next to the battery.

It is possible / likely that unplugging the module will revert the vehicle to a US configuration for DRL.

Note that the FSM is required for effective ownership of the vehicle.

Are you talking about the headlights or the DOM lights? cause in my ZJ the dash light only controls the dash lights and the DOM lights (and yeah -in my ZJ at least- if you leave this switch ON the DOM light will stay on all the time -even when the car is locked- thus emptying the battery).

Thank you, yes I ran across that link as well. I have looked in that specific location from up top under the hood but can't see it. I am doing a front end steering parts inspection on the ZJ today and will look for the module underneath while checking the FE parts.
