Sorry to hear. Here's to hoping HighLonesome makes a complete and easy recovery, he's always been extremely helpful to me on this forum and I really appreciate that.

Any chance maybe we could get a GoFundMe setup in the chance he needs any financial help?

I just went through a surgery and I did ok. Now I go back Thursday for major cutting. I should be ok for the short term anyway. My surgery count is getting up there with the poor kids you see on the Shriner commercials.

If you've got the fortitude to work on ZJs, you've got the fortitude to get through this!

Best of luck!

Then recently, I finally got a 2 line response basically saying he is very ill.

Many here know him better than I do and so this thread is dedicated to letting him know he is not alone and that this Jeep community cares.

And for me, at least, I understand and can relate to illness as I nearly died from COVID-19 back in 2020.

Although, I do not know the details of his illness and wouldnt share his personal details publicly anyway , I did think it appropriate to start this thread and offer my prayers for whatever HighLonesome in New Mexico is dealing with and hopefully others may offer words of strength, healing and encouragement for this man and his family if others here are faith based or religious in any way.

To High Lonesome, I am praying for you fellow Jeeper, that you get thru to the other side of whatever illness has got you down and that you make a full and speedy recovery back to great health.
