exhaust manifold leaking? with video

5.9 started to make this "blowing" noise a few days ago. it follows the revs, goes up and down as the rpms go up and down.
over, let's say, 2k rpms it stops...or i think it stops because the engine get's louder and i can't hear it anymore.

exhaust manifold was pretty lose, 2 nuts could literally be turned by with zero effort with a wrench.
tightened all up, but got zero result on the noise.

engine oil is perfect.
3k miles on the engine.

what do you think?

Which exhaust gaskets did you use? The crappier ones don't last anyways in the long run, and they fail in an instant if you have a leak.

It will definitely send erroneous inputs to the o2 sensors at the least. Over time, I would expect damage to the manifolds or heads from erosion. YMMV!
