Disable dimmer because of dash lights flickering

Hi, I bought my 1997 ZJ not a long time ago. I have very annoying problem. If dimmer switch is up (not until interior lights on) my lights wont flickering.
But this time when i shut of my car, dash lights will stay on. Even i turn headlight switch to off position. When this is happening i slide dimmer down i hear click noise and lights turn off. But if i keep slider down middle or almost up position dash lights will flicker if headlight switch not off position.
Is there any way to skip dimmer ? Which cables i need to jump?
I want full brightness no matter headlight switch is on or off.

Hope i explain my problem well

Thank you

The flickering of the dash lights is a very common problem in ZJs and is caused by cracks it in solder joints of the internal circuit board of the headlight switch. The solder joints can be re-flowed fairly easily as shown in the below link. I repaired the headlight switch in my ZJ over 8 years ago it it hasn't flickered again since. There are also youtube video showing how to repair.
