Get down there and check what's worn first. I had to replace anything with a bushing. The shake went from "Gonna die here" to a slight shake. Tires and alignment are next.

Go under your jeep and start grabbing and moving things, listen for clunks and look for things leaking grease.

Death wobble is very seldomly one thing and more of many things failing.

Being that you've experienced death wobble that just puts more stress on the worn parts you have already.

My ZJ went from zero DW (no steering stabilizer) for the past 7 yesrs to slight shake on certain bumps to experiencing DW once within a couple weeks. After getting DW once, it went so bad I was affraid to hit speeds over 40mph.
The only thing causing my DW is worn TREs.

But it can be many things causing it, and most often it's a combination of some of the following: worn TREs, worn trackbar bushing(s), worn steering box, worn balljoints, cracked uniframe in trackbar bracket/ steering box area, ovalized front TB mounting bracket hole in the axle, incorrect steering angles/ incorrect steering geometry on lifted vehicles.
Contributing factors are wrong tire pressures, uneven tire wear, bad shocks to name a few.

It had a 3.5 inch lift from rough county about 2 years ago,...also the drag link seems to have some play in it,I know there's supposed to be some, but how much is to much? I have great tire wear, even all the way

Draglink, tierod, TREs and trackbar should have zero play. Draglink and tierod do suffer from "tierod- roll", but any amount of play is too much.
What is your caster angle, and how much toe-in?

If you got a lift you should know this information. If you do not then either you haven't gotten an alignment or didn't do a backyard alignment to get it close.

I'd suggest taking it in for a check on the front end then work from there.
