You have air in your system from when you changed the pump and t-stat. Burp the system with the jeep pointing uphill and the heat on high.

I'm with kg on this one, air in the system is likely the culprit, burp that bad boy. Sounds weird but my zj needed it after t stat ad's water pump were replaced. What t stat did you put in, if it's opening prematurely it could cause under heating. And of course your rad fluid its full right?

Are you sure you're running too cold? Maybe the gauge or sensor is malfunctioning. Are you throwing a code?

electric window doesnt work

another way to fix the electric window problem
i had a rear window in a new to me 98 zj that was taped to stay up and not connected to the regulator that was supposed to move it up and down. Found on Jeepforum from another reader that the motor could be seized up but not so bad that you couldn't fix it. The fix is to remove the door panel, locate the motor for the electric window, and then while pushing the button on door panel that moves window up/down fully one way or the other, gently bang on the motor with a hammer, after a few whacks from me i heard the motor moving, and tested to make sure it worked in both directions. Can't remember for sure but might have to remove the window regulator assembly to get at motor, either way a few good whacks got motor going. After that, moved window into track, tightened everything up in door and vavoom, was fixed. Window closed, opened, and acted as it should regularly. Theory has it that the grease the motor has on it can gum the motor up if you dont use it that regularly. Great fix, found it here from another poster.

Are all the links dead to these common fixes or is it just my computer?

Yes, links appear to be dead.

It looks like when this thread was deleted and revive the links got eaten by the url shortener. If I have time later I may be able to clean things up. Or Uni or a mod could.

Here's another of the exact same thread by Jason with live links. Just no comments with live links in additional posts behind his original write-up. The last link in his below MIA post/thread will take you right back to the beginning of this thread with many dead links.

If you do run into a 'no page found'/dead-end link somewhere exit out of it. Then w/o clicking on the link itself drag your curser from right to left highlighting it > copy > paste into your browser search box or google, hit search, and it should come up as the 1st link/info you can click on. This only works if the page can still be found or is still there. Good luck.
