Climate Control not always turning on

Like it says. Sometimes it powers on(with no control, constant hot) and sometimes it doesn't power on at all.

Anyone have ideas? I thought maybe it could be thermostat, and that's why it's always hot, but doesn't explain why it doesn't always get power to it.

Hopefully, whatever the issue is, it's not too much of a ***** to get to.

What does it do and not do-
wil blower switch speeds?
will modes move - floor to defrost?
Will temp switch hot to cold?
Will Ac come on

Blower doesn't change speeds, as far as i can tell will not change modes, temp never switches from hot, AC doesn't act like it engages.
When turned off, i still feel hot air from under the dash.

It is the automatic temp control system

Would the fuses let it randomly decide to power on or power off? I've checked them from what I can see, and they look all fine. Would you be willing to send me that wiring diagram?

It's probably bad soldering. They are buggy. Grab one from the junkyard.
