Blend door trouble

Hi guys I haven稚 had much luck with the guys over on Cherokee for him so I知 posting here. I hope you can help me. I have done a myriad of repairs to my jeep over the past month. I pulled the HVAC box out and put in a new heater core in evaporator and I thought I put it back together correctly. I had to take the box apart two times after putting it back together to make sure that the doors were seated properly in the holes on the top and bottom of the box. I thought I made sure I put all of the vacuumLines back together correctly but may need your help. I noticed that now when I have the manual temperature control on cold it is blowing hot air as if my heater core is not being bypassed. I have not charge the air conditioner yet and I guess it is a good thing if I did not put the box back together right. How would you go about troubleshooting the bypass door not working? I have a manual thermostat controls. I know that when I was putting back together the controls on the dash I did not have a place to plug a small plug into and I was left wondering if this was for the fancier jeeps or if there was a place for me to plug that in. On the back of my controls, all ports had a plug so I know I知 not missing anything there. Any advice would be greatly appreciate it because I would love to have a C in my jeep this summer. Thanks!

amount of heat - that is blend door actuator. The actuator is electrical.
Have you checked fuse?
Confirmed 12v at actuator?

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

I haven't, but I will. Where is the actuator? Even the manual temp controlled Jeep has an electrical actuator? Not controlled by a vacuum line?

I got it! I knew I had a connection left unplugged and could not find for the life of me where it went. Well, it was the blend actuator plug I had left unplugged. Such a great feeling. Thanks anyhow guys!

Now on to the pesky suspension noises. Ugh.
