'96 Budget Boost Along and supporting a Vendor!

So, after a couple of recommendations from longtime Forum members, I decided to support one of our own in my quest to do a Budget Boost on my '96 Laredo. [email protected] has been great to communicate with and has me set up with suggestions for a quality BB.

1. 2" budget boost spacer lift for $70.00
2. ProComp 9000 shocks complete set of 4 $175.00
3. Steering stabilizer HD Moog Super Trail Boss replacement is $68.00
4. Complete set of 4 isolators is $70.00

Total without shipping: $383

I'll be placing my order as soon as Nick sends me the invoice.

I did go with the ProComp 9000 series shocks instead of the Bilsteins due to the fact that my Jeep will probably see nothing more than a dirt logging road. Also, after watching a number of YouTube videos of budget boost installs, and seeing folks not replacing their worn out and rotted isolators, I took Nick's suggestion to replace mine seriously! Being disabled, I cannot do the work myself and have no mechanic type friends so, my budget boost may not be much of a budget to some as I'll have to take the Laredo into a local shop to have all installed.

Photo is Laredo as it currently sits on Goodyear Wranglers P235/75R15's. Tread is real good so, I'll have to wait a bit to upgrade tires to the 30X9.5r15's I want to put on. Photo's to follow as stuff arrives and then installed.

I just realized my thread title was a little misleading and wanted to apologize for that. Technically speaking, it isn't a boost along since I'm not doing the work and showing pics of the progress as I go. Sorry guys and gals!

I had originally planned on going with some General Grabbers but, re-thinking my driving habits, I decided to go with these Wild Country Trail 4SX - 31X10.5XR15. What do y'all think?

I also wanted to make note that when I first joined this site, someone mentioned for me to measure the height of my ZJ. I did and it was 18.5" center of hub to lip of fender. I just measured it a moment ago and it is now 21". So, for those interested, I gained 2.5" of lift with the above items from Kolak.

All right all right! Larry got some new shoes on! New set of Wild Country Trail 4SX put on this morning. 31X10.5R15's. Amazing difference since when it first came home. Sitting pretty nice right now.
