1998 zj key fob

Does anybody know wich key fob should be used for a 1998 ZJ?
When I bought my ZJ it only came with the valet key and nothing else.
Can you program the fob yourself?
I read somewhere you can also use the key fob of some other Chrysler/Dodge models?

Lots of fob sellers on ebay, just find the generic one they list for your car and get a couple. You can't program it yourself, but a locksmith can. It costs a little but probably for around $100 you can have two new working fobs. I think you can search by the FCC ID on the back of the fob - mine is GQ43VT7T (also a 98 ZJ).
