I got mine directly from Zack a dozen+ years ago, before he was 'famous', Q'tec and all. It's just welded steel, little to worry about. I'm not a fan of powder coating on stuff that rubs against rocks, but it's hard to get anything else. The Dallas humidity will make any scrapes be brown in short order, with little option for repair. My A2Z sliders came bare metal back then. I use Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating on anything meant to help avoid rock damage.

I opted for the bare steel as well , humidity is a non issue in Oregon , the rain is pretty bad at times , I'm just going to prime and paint with spray can bed liner , it'll make touch up a breeze
