window crank

the actual part that the window crank turns is just one giant piece of still works but if i dont pb blast it every few days it sticks n becomes impossilbe to roll down the windows...i have no idea how to replace it either since the inside of the door is just all one piece of metal, no way to access it so any ideas to keep it lubed for a lil longer than pb blaster?

I slather mine with grease, good old general purpose grease. Holds up well.
