Been absolutely LABORING over the choice for a long time now. I ended up going with the Overlines. I think they will match my Jeep better (my bumpers, cage, sliders, etc). To be honest I like the look of the Arched better (they're meaner looking) but with the rest of my junk, I think they'd just look out of place on mine heep. The overlines are still bad a$$ though!

Cheers!

Alright. Took sway bar off as well. I have noticed no detrimental effects. Drove down to town for a distance of about 6 miles at a speed of 55 mph with no bad signs.

The only things I feel are the bumps in the back.
I will be replacing all shock bushings. I actually have them ordered. So maybe things might start feeling better!

Thanks, guys!

Yeah I got the 4" flares. Tire coverage laws are pretty lax here and I think the 4" looks a bit better than the 6" imo.

Didn't get any rears. My buddy is going to help me fab up some for the cost of materials so I couldn't pass that up! He's convinced that we can make them match the front pretty damn well. He's helping me build some rock sliders too!

I'm happy to finally start getting work done on this pig!

Cheers

Holy cow what size rolls of wire? Be careful that stuff can go bad over time, and its a pain to weld with afterwards.

Not so much what I did TO my YJ, but what I did with parts from it.

Table saw fence bolt broke...had parts leftover from carb swap, specifically the air cleaner bolt and wing nut. Coincidently, it fit. Problem solved. Thanks YJ.

My track bars were removed when I got my jeep and I removed the sway bar when I replaced the springs and didn't notice any difference in handling that's worth noting. But that's also on brand new springs.

Picked up a pretty good deal to secure the gear in the jeep. Some lightly used (but moved around the garage a lot) tuffy fender well storage boxes with brand new speakers for $60 and the guy pretty much delivered them to me.

Coat of paint and they'll be brand new again

Then worked on the trailer for my buddy's xj. Since most of you aren't even talking Yj anymore I figured I could stray a bit as well.

I would give anything to be able to Photoshop Rippers Jeep into that pic...

How much do you think shipping on those things would be? If you think it's reasonable I may ask you to keep an eye out for a deal like that for me. Everyone in Southern California wants close to retail for everything they sell.

Adopt your pets. Don't shop for them.
