What color to paint my YJ

Looking to paint my yj, it was originally navy blue from factory, it is now army green. Thinking of painting it a new color what do you guys think? I am debating to back to blue or maybe orange?

Jeeps are supposed to be, green.

I painted my kid's Jeep Desert Storm Tan

Jeeps = earth tones. JMO

Stop whining about the 'ride' - If your YJ ain't wrangling your soul free, then might I suggest you buy a stationwagon... at least you can fit all your bull**** in the back.

If you wanna make low gloss colors stand out, add a bunch of metal flake.

Get creative. Gold and silver metal flake really "pops" under street lights.

Of coarse it's your Jeep so you'll do what you want.
I like jeeps cause we can get creative.
Sometime creativity can involve copying too.

Things I've thought of in the past,

Maybe a General Lee Jeep.
Or a black and gold "Bandit" Jeep.
You know, black with gold pinstripe and the gold honeycomb Grand Cherokee wheels.

Here it is now, but i just put on a soft top and bought some half doors, also change the rims to dick cepek blackout that i got for cheap from tirerack. Was planning on painting the half doors flat black since i dont know color green it is and it will never match. Debating on painting the whole thing. I can do it in my shop so no big deal to get it done.

Actually, in the YJ years it was called 'Poppy Red', PR. They changed the name later to Flame Red. My Poppy Red '93 YJ is PR4 and my Flame Red '01 Durango R/T is PR4.
