water leaking in behind dash

I have read that you just have to remove the hose on the fire wall and clean it..My question is the hose in my picture...is that the correct hose?

Yeap thats it. Its pinched almost closed at the bottom. Pinch it the other way like the old timey change purse and poke a screw driver in there. Gets full of garbage and dirt.

If it has tracks, tires or tits, its gonna cause a problem.
