Unknown relay

Anyone know what this relay goes to? It’s on passenger side fender. 91 wrangler 4.0.

is that main power run to a fuseable link? Wire gauge seems thick for lights. Must have been for a electric fan maybe? theres one red wire coming out that appears to disappear behind the power red going into the relay. Is that short red wire capped off?
