Trouble removing engine ground wire

I'm not entirely sure what I'm missing with removing the ground wire off my 4.0L block. I have a the external torx stud with a nut on it holding the ground wires in place. I have tried to hold the torx stud and use opposite power between it and the nut, tried PB Blaster, heating it, etc and it just spins out of the block easy not letting go of my ground wire.

Any tips and tricks on this?

So you can spin the stud out of the block? and not out of the wire ring? cut it off and crimp a new ring on and use a new stud or bolt

Use his ^ method first. If you donít want to cut, get a big pair of vise grips to hold the stud and use an open end wrench.

LOL. Spin the stud out and do what you need to do. Don't worry about getting the nut off.
