A shot glass full, or a beer pitcher full ? Coolant hot/warm/cold ?

A recent Gallup public opinion poll shows the NRA, at 58% approval, has a higher approval rating than either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.

Based on the video, yes. There is a weep hole on the bottom of the pump. Fluid volumn coming out the hole suggests pumps failure. Normal weeping should only be a few drops and then no more.

And it’s howling a kind of whistle. I thought that was sign of the bearings in the pump going bad.

Is it really worth spending $90 on a water pump?

A standard replacement is fine. AC Delco or NAPA's best. About $40. I just installed a NAPA best in my XJ Cherokee.

Ordered the AC Delco from Amazon. Won’t be here till Friday but I’ll tackle this on Saturday anyway. Should be a good time. Lol

Thanks for the advice. Hopefully this is the fix. I noticed sludge under the rad cap. Guess I’ll do a flush while I’m at it.

Is it a pressure thing? With the cap on there is positive pressure and the hose doesn’t leak. Take the cap off and the hoses get lose and I dump fluid? Is that it?

something along those lines.

Boy i guess the ugly head of that beautiful jeep has reared up. It will all be worth it, very manageable and expected issues.

This will also bring you closer to that jeep. I see a beautiful relationship on the horizon!

Stop whining about the 'ride' - If your YJ ain't wrangling your soul free, then might I suggest you buy a stationwagon... at least you can fit all your bull**** in the back.

It’s all good. Love working on Jeeps as long as it’s not 15 degrees and my daily driver. Lol.
