TH350 to NP231 shifter

To all those running TH350s with NP231s behind, how did you rig up the transfer case shifter? Pictures please or links? I've got the two mated and a Lokar shifter already setup on the TH350. XMSN shifter will end up coming through the floor in the original 5spd location.

Take a look at Novak's shifters if you are having trouble making the stock shifter work. I used their SK2X shifter and it worked well, you can make the cable shifter work as well

The Novak Shifter looks nice. Will it come up in the stock location through the floor? Couldn't find a good picture. Did you use their shift knob or does the factory knob go on.?

It came up in a good spot with my 5.3/4l60e. It has different mounting positions for height and front to back.
