Garage
Not the whole jeep buy you can get the idea

Did the doors inside and out, and the top inside and out with rustoleum semiflat black. I did all the prep and paint in the backyard and in the garage when it was raining, came out really good for a backyard job. I have seen others who have done the whole jeep and it looks good.

1993 YJ 4" RE lift, 1/2" shackles, AA SYE Kit, 33x12.50 Trxus M/T, Warn bumbers front and rear, Warn M8000 winch, 4 Hella fog lights, Magnaflow cat, flowmaster muffler with no tailpipe, herced tub, tj flares

Mines not done yet. Here is the color scheme Im going to run,

Black on the rig, hugger orange for the roll bars and engine accesories. Also some of the dash and interior will be orange.

Here is a shot of part of the rool cage...
It only has one light coat so far, but you can see the color pretty good.

Just take your time and lots of light coats and you wont know its a rattle can job.

Its not that hard, just some time and common sense really.

What color you thinking of running.

Roll on paint job. Was in a hurry and did it all in one day. No wetsanding, no buffing... yet.
Total cost... about $20, give or take.

Hopefully the images show, my current computer cannot display images.

That looks extremely familiar

The only thing I found was the olive drab krylon camo seems to scratch extemely easy, as in run your finger nail down the side of it and it scratches. I followed up with some clearcoat from schucks just to be safe. Whole thing took maybe 12 cans of color, inside and out about 4 coats. Another maybe 6 cans in clear for 2 coats on top of that.

A year later and its starting to fall off here and there, mainly on the grill. But...thats why i ordered 18 cans Easy touch up

im a fan of impliment paint. it tends to stand up pretty good as long as you let it dry completly and do a little bit of prep work (mostly making sure the metal is clean first, rust is ok, but oils and greaces will just make it fall off).
