Thank you, I will def take a look!

Good looking wheels. What tires and size do you plan on putting on the Jeep? As long as the rust is just the driver's floor pan i say you got a good jeep. Enjoy the tinkering and upgrading your Jeep.

Have fun with your new addiction...LOL

Oh and don't go crazy with tire size with the 2.5!

Whats over that next ridge?

I haven't done any searches on the tire size yet, still haven't decided if we want to lift it. The little ol 2.5 motor is pretty weak. So I don't think I can go to heavy on tires. Probably thinking 31's is my max if I don't lift it?

Check to see what gears it has now.

Drive it as is for a while.
You'll be surprised what the little Jeep will do stock, then decide what to do.

Created a quick YouTube video of the rattle. Can anyone assist with what it may be?

Anyone else hear a squeaky ujoint and something dangling on a driveshaft?

[size=3]Shackles & D-rings are different things.

Yep sounds like a U-Joint or something hung up in the drive shaft,

but when you start off in first gear, I hear a worn transmission.

Whats over that next ridge?

Thanks, I couldn't find anything around the driveshaft. I'll check over the u-joints later this week.

It sounded lighter as opposed to more dense.

Make sure there is proper clearance for the exhaust system, front to back.

Next step is put it up on jack stands and see if I can recreate the noise with the vehicle off by spinning the wheels. I think that would help me narrow things down, if it works lol

Does anyone know what this is? It’s located below the coolant reservoir. Drivers side. Up against the firewall.

Charcoal.canister.

Part of your emissions control equipment.

Locks in vapors, which then get sucked into the manifold via vacuum for burning.

Looks hooked up properly too.
