Leaving the YJ Forum...

Yes... that's it! I've had it! I'm done!

You guys have pizzed me off for the last time!

I'm outa here! Never coming back! In fact... I might just go sell the YJ!

Just kidding.

No, not leaving. I couldn't. I'll still chime in now and again. Over the years, I have made many good friends on this forum! You're all wheeling brothers to me! I love this forum!
But, sadly, I am technically no longer a YJ guy. As of today, my beloved YJ has officially been sold! (sniffle)

I bought a (new to me) '05 LJ Rubicon. Already nicely built. Just had to do it! I know I may be a traitor to some of you, lol,... but this thing is freak'n nice!
5.13's, Chromo's, Metal Cloak everything! RC long arm, 6" dual rate MC coils, 37x12.50 MTR kevlars, Hard Top, Bolt in cage, Warn 9.5, etc. Only 41K on the clock!
Here are some pics...

'05 LJR, 6sp, RC long arm w/MC 6" coils, 5.13 D44's w/chromo shafts, MetalCloak fenders/sliders/body armor, 37x12.50 MTR's, Warn 9.5, RockHard swing out w/full spare. <><

Congrats, nice.

That said, you can pry my YJ from my cold dead hands.

I don't blame you. The older I get, the more creature comforts I want...and I'm only 31. I even fixed the A/C in the YJ last year.

Nice looking LJ by the way. Thanks for all the helpful post and threads you started. It is much appreciated and heavily searched by myself.

I also have to say thanks to all the guys who have helped me with the YJ, over all the years. And I DO mean years! I just added it up. I had the YJ for 15 years. Wow! We all learn/start somewhere.

Do not let the door hit you on the rear on the way out!
I am a little jealous, I have been looking at the LJs ever since they came out!

93 YJ SOA 2" springs front, XJ springs rear w/main leaf added, High pinon 9 inch rear detroit locker front Dana 44 ARB 4.56 Gears, 36 inch Irok tires too much to list.

I have to confess, some of the features on some of the newer models are very nice. Better suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes, tougher axles, power everything... but I still love my YJ
