If you've got some lights but not others it's the individual bulbs that are blown. You'll have to pull the gauge cluster and swap the bulbs out.

I only know the CJ wiring well, but the dimmer has its own fuse, the oil and volts are on a different circuit.

the flexible circuit board contacts maybe corroded or bent... the little tabs on the light bulb holders that make contact may need to be cleaned, as well as the inside contacts that touch the contacts of the bulb itself
