Oh wait, I see what you are saying. Try a different tire on that axle. Maybe the rim is messed up?

You know the rim being damaged isn't something I actually thought about. It is very possible as it rode several miles with damaged and missed wheel studs. I will check that tomorrow and see

Just wanted to let y'all know that I did find the little issue that was causing the wheel to rock. My inner brake pad was bent therefore not allowing the brake rotor to sit fully against the wheel hub. Went ahead and put fresh pads on both sides. Backing to running like a champ now
