Thanks for all the feedback. I was able to pull the CAD intermediate support bushing by tapping from the pumpkin area, using penetrant, and using my homemade seal installer. I was shocked to discover that it is just made from plastic, because it looked like metal sitting in there. With the bushing out, it made all the difference in the world. I was able to zip everything up with no problem and no hub alignment issue.

Wow learned something new. I still cant picture how that would mess it up since its at the center of the shaft at that point. But glad you got it. I was just coming back to offer more thoughts. I did my BallJoints last night and had the same issue. I did finally get it to pop in after moving and alot of jiggling. Makes me wonder if I twisted my splines. I wasnt taking it back out to check once I got it in though.
