CAD seal replacement without removing axle

Hello everyone, I used a 3D printer to make a seal puller

There is enough clearance to change the seal out without needing to pull out the other half of the axle, which lets you do it without having to take the hub apart and drain the oil

Just thought Id you all know that it IS possible

I had to wait almost 2 months for quadratic to ship me the new parts so I just wanted to get it put back together at that point

It took me 3 tries to make a model that worked, I broke the first two but the original just had a crack. I ended up using that one on the opposite side of the axle shaft as a centering tool for the threaded rod. It took almost no effort to get the seal set in place on the first try

With the outer axle shaft removed, there is enough room to fit the puller and the seal into place, then you put the threaded rod through them and put the washer and nut on the end. This leaves about 2mm of clearance between the inside axle shaft and the rod
