I'd stay with the lift that's on it before buying a lift from RC, that's just throwing money away. Can't go wrong with OME.

The thought of RC is long gone. I'm between OMEs or possibly a tall spring from BDS.

The Islander received 36R's on all corners as well as Bilstein 5100s. Think she's sitting pretty. Bed Rug carpet kit went in and the rollbar covers and seat covers were sprayed with Duplicolor paint. I'm also finishing up my custom sub box. It's been wrapped, amp and speakers installed as well. Just waiting for my Polk Audio marine 6x9 3 ways to get in Saturday to install.

I'm thinking about removing the chrome nerf bars. I think it messes with the lines of the jeep. Any thoughts?

Well the nerd bars are not doing anything but removing ground clearance with the stock flare and step covering it.

Then again, I was never a fan of them.

Consider this a Vote for removal. You can always put them back on if you miss them... I doubt u will.

I also love Islanders, yours is VERY clean. The nerd bars do hurt my eyes on your application. Sell them

Little sunday work. Had a leak on the TC output seal so replaced it. While under there. I yanked off the "nerd bars" which by the looks of it, gave me a few inches.

Unless you were trying to protect your rockers from those huge boulders in Tampa those nerf bars were useless.
Much better gone.

I got nothing to add except, God, she is beautiful! I'm saving some of these pics for future inspiration. Very nice work man.
