Dana 35 rebuild

Only issue I have with the Dana 35 is it makes noise going around a turn. The tag says use only limited slip gear oil. Drained and replaced with limited slip oil. Still has the noise. Someone asked if I added limited slip oil conditioner 😬. I did not. Could that be the problem? If I ad the conditioner and, after driving for a week or so, the noise remains is it overhaul time? Daily driver. No off road. 90 xj 4.0 automatic. 6k miles a year. Odometer=185k.

Always use Limited Slip additive. If the noise persists, rebuild the limited slip with new clutches.
