Xj Bizzare AC (Blower) Issue

When I bought my Jeep the AC worked awesome. The blower motor blew a fuse recently (Original fuse) I replaced the fuse and it worked great. Then Start it up, turn on the AC and nothing. Checked the fuse and it was fine. Checked the fuse under the hood and it was fine. So here is the Bizzare part, If I don't turn the Jeep on but put the Key in the Accessory position, it works fine. Racking my brain as to why it would work in that position. So far I can only figure that something with the ignition cylinder isn't making contact. But before I replace it and have to have two keys, I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced it. Spend a good deal of time googling it. Its hard because technically the AC and Blower motor work. Just not when Boba is running (Jeep is a faded green so I named it after Boba Fett )

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

I see a few switches in the wiring diagram you provided. What one do you think it is?
