That rig looks awesome! Especially the tires.
I'm sure you'll have it running in no time

Well, found two connectors that needed to be attached and ended up swapping in the correct year column. Not sure if it was needed, but actually having a set of keys for this thing is a nice feeling. Ended up being able to start the engine, fired on the 3rd crank which is awesome, and she sounded awesome. I tied up the wiring harness with some zip ties to make a quick run around the block, but I kept losing, and finally lost, all power to my ignition and gauges. Horn worked though . So after work today a friend should be over to help me diagnose it while i do some welding on some of his projects.

Other than it needs a new O2 sensor, she sounded healthy, had 45psi of oil pressure at idle, and only blew one heater line off.

Ok, traced the issue to a bad ignition feed in the bulk head connector. At least that's what wiggling the wire has proven repeatable. Anyone have a diagram of how these individual connectors separate? Otherwise I am just gonna bypass it with a soldered wire and heat shrink.

Found it. Ignition trigger wire was corroded and broken just enough. Spliced in a new length of wire by-passing the bulkhead and she fired right up with not more shorting out. Rock on!

Will post video later after I put more of it together and bleed the brakes.

Update: Jeep runs, drives, and excels in yard wheeling. I am super stoked. I should have enough pictures and time to start a build thread, might end up doing that soon.

I made a change to the first post to help anyone who may have a similar swap or situation. Basically everything i used, and why i did something the way i did it. Useful? I hope so.
