My name is Anthony im 16 years old and i bought my first car, a 2001 Jeep Cherokee sport 4 door with 100K. I got it off craigslist for 3800. (gotta love craigslist). I decieded that the plastic molding on the door had to go, it gives the jeep a more cleaner look.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]. The molding belongs in the garbage, not on a jeep.[IMG][/IMG]

i hated the look of the molding, it woulda been too hard to paint also so i just ripped it off haha i love the look without it. i too am puttin some bedliner on the lower part of my door, looks cleaner and works better. nice jeep and im lookin forward to seeing the build

ps: also remove the lower portion of the bumper, the plastic piece, and cut the bottom of the end caps to match. it looks alot better and i love the look on mine. just a tip

I agree it looks alot cleaner w/o body side mouldings. I removed everything off mine except the Jeep nameplates frt and rear. Nice clean find. Any plans for it in the future?

In afew weeks i plan on lifting it 4.5 inches, installing a sye, rock sliders and possibly swapping out my low-pinion dana 30 for a high-pinion. Lights all around, HID's, ditching my steelies for a set of eccos from my friend and 32in KM2's. I got a whole grocery list of stuff that has to get done. And the list keeps getting bigger
