2006 Jeep Cherokee Laredo window felt question

Do you have to remove the inside door panels to replace the outside window felt or can you just take them off from the outside and replace them?

Newer Cherokee section won't be correct for this vehicle, either. Cwilso2, where are you located? There is no such thing as a 2006 Cherokee in the U.S.. Pretty sure that '01 is the last model year sold stateside, until the Cherokee was "resurrected" a few years ago. Could you perhaps have a GRAND Cherokee? Very different animal, and has it's own section in the forums.
