Throttle open
Cold

pretty even between 120 + - 125 or so...

Spec is 120 to 150 psi so your engine is still in spec and will run.

At that mileage it is probbaly rings starting to wear but could also be valves leaking a little.

I would drive it.

It is not so much the amount of compression, but rather the difference between cylinders. If they are all that close, then all is well. As the engine warms up and the pistons expand the compression should bump up.

120-125 cold across all pistons sounds OK.
