1999 jeep xj ABS

Do i need an auto bleed scanner like Autel MaxiCheck Pro to bleed the brakes properly on my 99 XJ, It has ABS system

A DRB-III Diagnostic Scan Tool is needed to bleed the ABS. Some Jeep owners say that you can trigger the ABS pump without a scan tool.
