Unhappy 1992 Jeep Cherokee random stalling and running rough, weird codes

Hey everyone, I have an odd issue with my 92 111,000 mile Cherokee. Mostly but not exclusively when the motor's warm, it'll idle fairly fine but randomly stall. When going down the road it accelerates well and maintains speed though it bucks and sputters and seems to restart off the transmission. The CPS has been replaced as has all the wires, cap and rotor, ignition coil, and computer. I get a code 27, injector system issue so I tried pulling each injector at a time with it running and the engine stumbled each time so no one injector is at fault for the miss. I tested the hot leads to the injectors with the engine block with the engine off and key on and only got 6.2 volts each. I then tested the ground wires against the block and got about .2 volts each. Any ideas? I think the refurb PCM may have a system short though those hot wire voltages are awfully low... Thanks!

Confirm alternator is working well. Chryslers hate electrically noisy and or faulty alternators a lot for some reason.

Yep, alternator is charging at a little over 14 volts. I tested the CPS and it works fine. I just swapped the ASD relay with no change.. all that's left is the injector wiring and PCM correct?

It was last changed in November. I bit the bullet and took it to a mechanic who found the fuel line was rusted and leaking and the sending unit was spraying gas haha, so that probably covers the issue. I'll report back if they find anything else.
