1990 XJ (Renix) Loosening Belt Tension Help! Power steering pump stuck!

Hey y'all! I'm trying to sort out various issues with my Jeep. I replaced the serpentine belt last year before I sent my Jeep off for paint. Now that she's running again, I'm getting some loud squealing, and I realized the belt is too dang tight. This is a Renix Jeep, so I know tension is adjusted by sliding the power steering pump. However, it seems to be stuck in place.

As I did when I put the new belt on, I loosened the back 2 bolts on the pump, the top front bolt, and the lower front bolt below the pulley. However, adjusting the side bolt (the long one that adjusts position) does not seem to move the pump. I've tried loosening all of the bolts on the pump, but it doesn't even wiggle. Does anyone have any input on how I can get the power steering pump adjusted to loosen the belt? Am I forgetting to loosen one of the bolts? Putting the new belt on last year went smoothly, so I'm a bit confused. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What about the one on the adjuster itself. You can see the head just under the PS pulley.

Yep, that was the one! Someone sent me an old Renix diagram of the pump and I realized I loosened the wrong bolt. I appreciate the help, it's the only way I'll get past my own stupidity
