The Jeep Grand Wagoneer was a full-size SUV built by American Motors Corporation. It continued the SJ architecture from the old Jeep Wagoneer in 1984 and was discontinued in 1991, replaced by the 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A Grand Wagoneer version of the Grand Cherokee was also produced in 1993.

A similarly-named Jeep Wagoneer was an upscale trim on the smaller XJ Cherokee.

The grille and dashboard were restyled for the 1986 model year, but the body and drive line remained mostly untouched. The 1989 model year added an overhead console (similar to the Dodge Caravan of the time) and a rear window wiper. The 1991 model was available with a "Final Edition" badge on the dashboard. There were technically four Grand Wagoneers (four actual physical vehicles) built in the 1992 model year; the final vehicle was part of the Harrah Collection until it was sold in 1994.

1993 The 1993-only Grand Wagoneer was a luxury version of the ZJ Grand Cherokee.
