So, I am making my build thread.

I bought a 95 Grand Cherokee in 1995 with some body damage from a kid for 3500. He paid 6000 for it a few months before hand so it worked out well for me. I have changed it a bit since then, and will put what I can remember in this thread. As new stuff is added, I will also add it to this thread

Nice work on saving a poor jeep from the kid, it would prob have ended in a junk yard

It was not hard to take that picture. I was on the highway without to many other people around. At 149999 miles, I pointed my camera at the odometer and started clicking. I took about 15 pics, and I think 2 caught 150000.0

that brush guard looks really bad you should take it off and sent it to me :D

It is a RAM brushguard. It allows me to keep the factory tow hooks but it was a pain to install. I had to trim the bumper, and some of the supplied hardware was to short.

if you are worried about hitting deer, get a full metal bumper, not a brush guard. It will hold up better to a deer impact.

so last week I replaced the wheel bearings. I made the mistake of removing the spider gears thought. I couldn't get it back together so I ended up removing one clutch from each side of the limited slip. now it feels like an open diff

I replaced the fog lights and put them on a separate switch. Wired them up so that they turn off with the ignition.
Also went after some of the rust that was starting to form. ground it out then repainted it. Hopefully it won't come back
