Im in the process of pulling my fenders and painting the fender wells in bedliner... Any body got any pics of fenderless JK's? Ill put mine up once Im done, right now just have a couple pics of it with one off and its taped up for painting.
thx man no, no problems to date and ive been like that for over two years. no probs on or off the trail they are also covered in REALLY thick rubber. they were also the cheapest thing they had at kragen or autozone....i think it was kragen. lol you can pick them up at harbor frieght for like, $15 bucks i think? they're not really bright but they're perfect for low speed crawls at night.
Thanks man... I painted the grill with the same thing I painted the fender wells with.. Duplicolor Bed liner... Dont get anything but duplicolor... All the other canned spray liners suck! Ask me how I know:shhh:
And Premo... I got me some lights for my brackets too... just got some square ones from Walmart.
And Terrahawk, Im still wondering about the corners too...

It's good stuff, and very durable. I picked it up at Walmart- they were out of the Duplicolor (which I had been using), and I needed to touch up my rails. So I went ahead and bought the PlastiKote. Liked it so much that I've been using it exclusively ever since.

 It does look like rust doesnt it.... Its not at all, just dirt... that under body coating causes that **** to stick like a Jelly donut to a fat kids shirt... I cant even pressure wash it off unless i get rightup against the frame and I already washed some paint off my front pumpkin doing that.
It really does not look that bad in person... That picture is just surrounded by so much white that it makes the dirt look dirtier ... And Im going to "Mud in the Pines" this weekend so Im definitely not trying to waste time cleaning my Jeep right before I go down ther.
Yea, that's what I was thinking too. Anyhow, what are the chains in the rear for? By the way, your Jeep looks pretty cool. No finder rattle for you.
Lol, Thats my buddy in the drivers seat... He is the guy that has helped me build it.... Almost every mod I have done he has had atleast 40% of the work... The chains are ran through all my gear and then locked so that people cant just grab my few hundred dollars worth the gear I have back there... Thanks for all the compliments guys! I sure do appreciate it!
