Finished putting my Lift and tires on!!! Absolutely love the kit, it rides a little rough but I expected that. Drives perfect though, absolutely no problems out of the steering! Here are some pics

Another shot of the front end

Jeep on the lift, bout to start on the rear end

Proof that I did do the work, lol

My buddy helpin me work

Finally done!

Some quick poser shots :2thumbsup:

Yes, that is a mall cop behind my jeep telling me that i need to stop. I told him i was just trying to park. lol

Me by some stockers

All said and done I got 4 inches of lift out of the front and 3 inches out of the rear. Measure 21"from center of wheel to fender at start all the way around and 25" in the front and 24" in the rear in the end. The tires with full load and pumped up to 35 psi sit at 34". Overall I love it and I love driving it. :cheers2:

Hey, looks great. I was thinking something looked missing, then it hit me. Mud! It's time to move outta those parking lots and quit flexin on the curb (the cops would probably appreciate that too) and put all that beautiful gear to work. :2thumbsup:
Guessing the next project will be bumpers and a winch.

Looks great. Not to beat the dead horse but for someone else that wants to pay a shop a ton of money...

How much was parts?

How much was labor?

How much did you learn bout your rig by doing it yourself

It IS a jeep thing. ;) grats!

good lookin jheep!!!
Who makes the rims? Not for me but a friend who has been looking for something like those.... Who'd u get them from? What did they run?

I am running 35's on 17" rims. Got the Pro Comp Xtremes for my rig. I run at 28 psi cold. which equates to 30ish psi when warm. The pressure ur running will make it a rough ride. Try putting it lower and I bet it will soften up some. Should feel a lot better over bumps.

Also depending on how much the new wheels weigh I would recommend a swingate. My Wild Boar bumper doest have a swingate option so I just installed the OrFab NonCan carrier and its awesome!!! Love it!

Anyway rig is looking good. Keep it up!

I didnt add pics yet. i got it on after dark and didnt feel like dealing with it. ill get some tomorrow. it just bolts on right behind the muffler where those 4 holes are at. It should fit with an aftermarket bumper. i got it from rough country at roughcountry.com just go there and check it out. its under 100 bucks so its a cheap mod.

It should fit with an aftermarket bumper
I got an aftermarket hitch, same as yours, I'm sure, and then had to get a new rear bumper (lady hit me).
FYI: There are VERY FEW aftermarket rear bumpers that don't have their own unrated hitch built in, or go down too far to use the receiver. :cheers2:

and hey MilMan, did you find Ali Baba's gold or somethin'? You must have some money saved up!!! (read as Jeep envy!)

Looks awesome man, those wheels are badass.

FWIW I would recommend lowering your tire pressure as well. I run 24PSI cold on my 35x12.50 Baja MTZs.

I argued with my tire shop (they know Jeeps) about using only 27 PSI. (That's where they set them). So decided to prove them wrong with the chalk test. I was wrong they were right. Your Jeep is lighter than most vehicles and the load rating on that tire :)confused:) is probably in line with a much heavier vehicle. Mine rides great at 27 PSI and it's a 4 door which is a little heavier.

Looking great! I think those wheels look great on the Jeep  And I will really lower the pressure in the tires you will notice alot better drive...

I had my oil changed awhile back (yes I know I did not do it myself) and the tech came and told me it was done and that all 5 (spare included) of my tires were low so they added some air, I asked him what they were all at he said all were at 28 lbs so I just stared at him until he realized that is what they were supposed to be at lol :2thumbsup:
