old school cammo would be pretty sweet.. just threw some digital cammo on your jeep to see what it looks like.. have never seen it around probably because it would take a lot of time to do.

I am really considering camoing My jeep! Two years ago I did My Suzuki Kingquad with Realtree hardwoods HD made by Camoclad! It took Me about 8 hours to do but it looked awsome! Camoclad sells a kit for a jeep at around $450. The nice thing is you can remove it if ya want to go back to stock. If you gob it up, just cut out another piece from the scraps you have left over. I am thinking about going with Realtree Hardwoods AP on My rig! Go to Camoclad.com and check it out. Its not hard to work with, just time consumeing!

i was actually going to make a pattern and try to make it look like the realtree camo cuz there is a guy in my town that already had the typical blotchie cammo and another has the digitized cammo look on his andi want my jeep to be able to stand out enough from the crowd but if i needed to duck out(mostly cuz the only place to legally wheel around me got closed down) and blend in a little more than i could....so noone here has cammo'd their jeep?

You think by painting your Jeep camo you won't be seen when you are wheeling illegally? (I'm not making a judgment here about illegal wheeling though I am surprised that the righteous contingent on this forum didn't jump down your throat when you posted that!) I just thought it was a funny statement - I picture you out there doing your thing...see the ranger or cops or whomever...and freeze your camo Jeep thinking they won't see you and you have weeds and leaves and crap painted in the camo design and you just happen to be up against the wrong backdrop - like some kind of green bushes and you are mostly tan-based or something and stick out like a sore thumb! hehehe

roflol:rofl: i wouldnt like stop in mytracks but the rangers/police in my area mostly use these pos blazers so the idea is to shoot down a small jeep trail that they cant fit in and find a nice brushy area to park out for a while.... plus something about cammo looks just awesome

i would go real tree if i had the money but since i don't i've ordered Rust-oleum Camo paint to do my jeep with. I would love to see some nice rattle can camos though.

I honestly think Military style camo or flat colors should be left to Lifeis.

But hunting camo and things are cool to put on a Jeep.

But I guess that's a personal choice.

I think it's more respectful that way.

Dont have any pics of it with the new tires and wheels but here are some old ones
Nice Job Macklin, I prefer Mossy Oak Shadowgrass myself... haha

I assume you waterfowl hunt. How you do/doing this season? They are flying pretty good when I go to shore, I always end up limiting out, with two haha. Did Wye Island a few times and had great success. Inland Maryland flyways have been doing well too.

Well it's not my Jeep but it's my daily driver 4x4 F150. I used the walmart camo paint...total investment was $97. I sprayed the truck with rhino liner then blocked it so it was somewhat smooth. Then I just freehanded the camo pattern with the rattlecans. For my cherokee i'm going to do the same process but in desert camo.
