I do feel stupid though, cuz I ordered a bumper about a month ago before I even thought about building one. I built one, cuz I am thinking about selling them and I wanted to see what all was in design and building it. I think if I can stream line the production time, it could be profitable, but for now.... who knows. Let me know what you think:

Now some specs:

The plating is .25(1/4 steel). The stinger is made of 1.25" dia.x1/8"wall. The stinger support is 1"x 1/4". We put spots for spot lights on the stinger, and mounting spots for the facory fog lamps. It has 3/4" shackle loops. We built it with a some what skid plate that is formed with the bumper. It bolts to the factory bumper mounts. It is built with a winch mount and roller mount.

Nice bumper!!!

---hi-jack---

How do you like those new pro-comp tires? Are they loud?
I am very happy with those tires! I am normally not a fan of ProComp, but the turned a corner on these tires! They do great on sand, gravel, rocks, and handle great on the highway. I drive about 70-75mph on average and they are pretty quiet!

Very nice. So you have a monster brake and didn't think of building your own bumper. That's pretty funny. :D

I'd add a reinforcement to the bottom outside corners of the swaybar disconnect protection. You might other wise rest that lower bottom corner on a rock and bend the .25 up into the sway bar disconnect. ;)

ya, you can call me "Lazy" ...... "Very Lazy" .......

That is what we were talkin about, reinforcing the back of that part. We may end up changing that part of the bumper.
