Too vague Redo the wiring how? Are you looking to replace the whole harness with a new harness or repair what is there? What is wrong with what you have now?
One vote Centech, if you going to replace the harness. I put one in my 81 CJ7 back in the 90's. I parted that CJ out and and have the harness in my current CJ7 build.
My experience with Centech support has been very positive. I have called them twice in the last month asking questions on modifying their harness I bought over 20 years ago.
I have a 1980 CJ7 258 auto. My Frankinjeep's previous owner put a painless wiring harness. I wanted to remove it and replace it with a factory harness. On two different occasions I removed the painless harness to do major work on the tub, but ultimately I put the painless harness back in because it really was far superior to the factory harness. My only issue is despite a new neutral safety switch it will still start in drive and reverse
As it turned out the neutral safety switch issue was because PO put the wrong solenoid in. It needed an solenoid for an automatic transmission and PO put a solenoid for a standard transmission. There is a difference, and to be fair I didn't know either until I did the research. I changed the solenoid and it worked.
Regarding wiring, I installed a Howel fuel injection kit that was incorporated into the painless harness. Too much trouble with the ddb. Expensive but well worth it.
They all work the same, just make sure the wiring is GXL wire. As for cost, EZwiring is by far the less of them all, they just don't have a bunch of "custom" kits. Their 21 circuit will fit just any vehicle out there and give you room to expand.
First question though, how are your electrical skills? Do you know how to properly use a voltmeter and read schematics?
Just a guess, but given the original post was 7 months ago, he's probably gotten it figured out. At least I hope so.
