very clean for an 80 or older there..whats the 4 bolts on the rear fenders?
I think you're refering to the snaps for the soft top...the older style doesn't have channels...that came with YJs...I just got a new Supertop and I have to saw off the snaps and screw in new channels...

I've also seen roll bars that have bolts from the side...

Hey guys! Thanks for the comments and posting the pics. It's a 79 Levi's Edition with a 304. I've only had it a couple of months, and if the buttons aren't for the original soft top (I only have the hard top), I'm not sure what they're for. If someone knows, please let me know.

Thanks again!

those are the four bolts for the roll bar mount, (as noflacko mentioned) and have nothing to do woth a soft top.

eventually, they changhed from mounting them just on top of the rear fenderwell to mounting them on the floor behind the drivers seat and top of the fenderwell, and those four bolts went away.

boggers for abuse

boggers for abuse, I don't know what I was thinking when I bought them for a set of spares, but they go great in my terrain. Maybe I should quit screwing around and mount the winch, lol
