305 vs 285

my bro and i both have unlimited X's in redrock. Mine is lifted more with 305s, his have 285's.

2k2...

How much lift are you and your brother running, what size rims are you guys running, and how much backspacing do they have?

I am debating 305's vs 285's right now...

I have an 08 Unlimited Rubi on which I am putting a 2" Rusty's Lift and will be mounting BFG M/T KM2's on 16x8 Black Rock Rims with 4.25" backspacing...

I want to keep the tires from sticking out too far outside of my flares. A little is okay!

This is at Hungry Valley OHV Park in Ca. They have this 4x4 training area set up with some man made obstacles.

Those are the 18" Sahara wheels. I don't know how I got them, I was waiting at the dealer for them to deliver it from another dealer, and when it drove up, they were on there. It also has the rear dana 44 that I wasn't expecting.:D

Umm... ok the ignorant comments on U tube go both ways...

Im not trying to flame but, im a TJ guy and i may be a JK guy also one day i think there are things that they are both better at then the other i dont find the JK to be as SUperrior as some of the posters said and i dont find the TJ to be quite that outdated.

I have wheeled with a JK on Drummond Island and we spent half the day puttign his junk back together. Im sure the same could have happened with a equallay equiped TJ but not the point

My point is we are all Jeepers, this reminds me of when the First Rubys came out and every one that bought one looked down on anyone that didnt have factory 44's. So quit the arguing and lets go wheeling

oh and by the way i love this jeep Kyoseki

 Thats a dam nice rig dude.

My Rescue Green Sahara is ordered and one day if it eats all its veggies maybe it can be as cool as yours... but alas I doubt it :(

Do you plan on using this as purely off road or mostly DD or what???
How does it ride/ handle with that much lift?
Can you still use overdrive?
Seem to have decent power?
All and all are you glad that you went 4"?

Most of all I just wanted to say
YOU DA MAN!!!
