I'm taking this from the WK/XK side that took it from the YJ side . . . let's just say it's not my idea - but it's a good thread to post your mods, fixes, pics, etc. Whatever you did to your KK.
I'll start:
Found a steal of a deal for our KK on Craigslist. Front and rear Weathertech digital fit floormats for $50 bucks! The set was barely used before the seller traded their KK for a JK. My wife took it out on the town for a girls night out or I'd post pics. They fit perfect! :2thumbsup:
P.S. - I looked and didn't see a thread like this - so if I've duplicated someone set me straight.
You can purchase a 21" extension to it. Scroll up and read lammarco's post on his light bar install. His is the same rack with the extension. Quite a difference. I obviously have not tested out yet, but can say I was very impressed with the bars design and construction. Especially for the price (1/3 the price of a Yakima).
As far as the lights, I was in a toss up. I was all set on an led bar. Once I put this up I was picturing throwing up two more KC's like I have in the bumper. Then I went into my amazon wish list and for some reason the bar I had sitting in it had a crazy price reduction and I immediately bought it before it was adjusted.

Just bought this for 49.95. Worth the money to try it out. Will keep you all posted. Has pretty decent reviews.
Yea! I went back after hitting buy now and was back at regular price. Confirmation email shows 49.95. We shall see if it ever makes it here. Lol. Cross your fingers.
Honestly some no name brand off amazon for $50. Does not fit properly even though it stated for liberty but it still works none the less and was the look I wanted for much less than the name brands. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but I have strapped a lot of cargo up there and they have held up to their end of the bargain. If they were to break I could happily say I got my money's worth. I'll have to go back into my amazon account and see if I can find the order.
As far as the basket, it is Product Dimensions:52.5 inches x 43.5 inches x 5.3 inches. It is the rage stingray basket on amazon.
Just went back on again and found it for $49 again. Keeps going back and forth. Not sure why. But for $50, even if I end up mounting it over my BBQ grill it's worth $50.

Nice. Where'd you order your parts from? I've been thinking about making a set of adjustable sway bar links but I don't have access to a machine shop since I switched to HVAC. I'm pretty sure I could get some mechanical tubing and thread it but I don't know where to get the end pieces.
Take some sound clips of it! I had a Dynomax exhaust on my ZJ that I loved, so I'm torn between that and the Gibson exhaust.. wanna hear both before I buy. I love the sound of the Gibson from Gageraid's clips, but I'm really interested in hearing the Dynomax.
It's the 2.5" kit. Front coilovers are the same as the 4" though. So I can go higher for a relatively cheap price. I'm probably gonna swap the front and see how it mixes with the OME rears. Gonna set it all up to be about the same height for now.
Today my KK threw a rod :help: (or at least that's the preliminary diagnosis). It still idles but it sounds like the squirrels in there are on strike. :club: I may need a new motor.
No jeep for a time while this gets sorted out. :violin:
Looks like I will be going to work on the train on Monday morning!
Wiring up my bumper kc lights

After 3 heavy seas winter storm ESB's and 2.5 hours later I m still clueless.

Replaced my spark plugs on this sunny Easter morning at 25,000 miles. The burn was clean but the gaps were all over the place. They should be .043 and not one was. There were 2 that were .045, 3 that .047 and one that was .048
