Post some pictures of your new ride. The more original the better. (Driveway shots get a little old after 12 pages of images.)

If you're new to the site, the images might not post for you, but don't worry, someone will come along shortly to quote the post and that allows the image to show up. (You're not doing it wrong, you just need a certain number of posts, 25 I believe, to get photo privileges)

Driving impressions, regrets, accolades and reasons for the decision are also welcome.

Welcome to the fray.

My new WK2

Got myself a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland not too long ago, and did some upgrades to it. Figured it's about time I posted some pix!

2012 WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, silver with black interior. 5.7l V8, tow package, QL.
Added:
BFG AT K/O 275/65 18 tires
Mopar 18" off road wheels
Mopar roof rails
Rola roof rack
Mopar tow hooks
Tiregate offset hitch-mount spare tire mount (not pictured - just bought)
Mopar slush mats (front, back & cargo)

I posted info on the tires/wheels here: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f309/wk2-tire-wheel-sizes-1158755/index22.html#post17799865

Congrats on the December TJOTM win.
Dumpster would look real nice riding behind a WK2.

Mine is a 5.7L 2011 Overland, one of few that's got coils instead of the air ride system. Tow package gives it load leveling shocks in the back.
It's got 20x9" SRT8 reps I got at the PA Jeep Show from the Quadratec tent.
Tires are Cooper Zeon LTZ in a 275/55/20.
It will absolutely bully this trailer around, even with the TJ on it. The Hemi barks pretty loud on a onramp and it has no problems merging.
The ride when towing isn't as solid as a full size truck, but there isn't as much wiggle as you would think.
Braking is great with the trailer on, loaded or not. I am considering the SRT8 front brakes though, I drive it spirited and there's noticeable brake fade.

I either use auto mode with traction control off or sand/mud mode. I have yet to actually use the snow mode besides when I tested it, not a fan of starting off in second gear..I find it will be useful sometimes when gearing up an icy hill to prevent wheel spin but on deep snow id rather spin tire all day long and get my momentum. The spot that I was in was deep snow on top of grass and mud, it was pretty deep to the point that the bottom of the car was shoveling snow and the jeep did not even stutter or spin the tire once, even when had to make a 4 point 180 degree turn around in a tight spot it did not challenge the jeep at all

Love that color! I'd have ordered mine in the forest green if I didn't already have a forest green ZJ. Enjoy!

Thanks. Almost everyone thinks it's black but we love it. Need to pick up some recovery hooks for the front, it's a little too polished looking and needs some attitude. I'm glad I debadged the front Jeep and the back, limited and 4x4, still trying to decide if I want to pull the Grand Cherokee down the sides. I do want to try and find a black chrome, Jeep badge for the back though. Liking your diesel?

Lotta good looking WK2's in here

Thankfully they're making so many of these things that in a couple more years a lightly used one will make an affordable replacement for my wife's '03 WJ. I came really close to picking one up the other day. 2011 in silver, 3.6, dark slate/black leather interior, 30k miles for $22k. Pretty much a newer version of her WJ (minus the V-8).

However, I (and her) really lust after a Trailhawk with a diesel :D
