okay i bought a 96 Laredo with a 5.2L thats been rolled, i cut the top off and put a cage in it. has now axles on it.
Im not new to the zj scene, also have a 97 5.2 with 6" and 34s
so I Have a Dana44 and AMC model 20 off a wagoneer i had built. both fully locked, geared with chromoly shafts.
I know grand cherokees are 60" track width
Wagoneer Narrow track is 60" front 44.
Rear is about 58"
now i know, wagoneers have different bolt pattern, not a big deal iv already got beadlocks and iroks for those axles.
and yes i know i need to build brackets and stuff for the control arms, track bar, coils, etc.
iv got everything down except the brakes. never even worked with them other than replacing pads now and then.
so what do i need to do to switch out the brakes and make this jeep stop.
is there a difference in the brake lines? i need new ones anyways. thats all im gonna neew help with.
