I am packed and ready to roll. I MAY be able to leave work a little bit early so I might be able to roll with you homies to go bust some caps yo. Someone post up solid time & meeting spot (M is a pretty big place) and a map (GPS coords would be cool) to the shooting spot please!

Auto Mag. Pretty rare pistols.

They fire a weird proprietary .44 cartridge that is supposed to be like .44 mag.
Sounds expensive.

1:45 meetup 2pm roll out.

Gas station at the M.
Any additional details for those that may not make the meetup/rollout time or do they just get to sit lonely at the gas station with nothing but the wind to dry their tears of disappointment and their gas station goodies to sustain their pitiful existence?

sorry, dont know how to do the GPS thing.

https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=S+Las+Vegas+Blvd&daddr=Unknown+road&hl=en&ll=35.887381,-115.193024&spn=0.243103,0.308647&sll=35.837159,-115.236969&sspn=0.060814,0.077162&geocode=FTHLJAIdoJki-Q%3BFWmuIgIdzfIh-Q&t=h&mra=dme&mrsp=1&sz=14&z=12

Head south on las vegas blvd from the sloan exit.

pass the Mile marker 16 where the idiots shoot.

next left turn you will see a sigh that says "nevada light weight sand pits" and a paved road. Follow this road, a few miles, keeping to the left. It will hed towards some mountains, and then you'll hit a cattle guard and it'll turn to a dirt road. After that, maybe 1 mile and you'll start to see "turn offs" on the left facing the mountains (you can see this on the map), these are the shooting spots, just look for us.

1. Go to google maps
2. Right click a location
3. Click what's here?
4. Check out the GPS coordinates in the search box at the top of the page
5. Build another shrine to B0nez's awesomeness

That was a lot of fun today guys, sorry I was running late. Too much on my plate today!

Also, look what I found in the mail box. Which means it was probably there before I left the house. Lame.

Also figured out the extracting issues. The screws in the action worked loose which let the 'bar' that kicks the casing out of the bolt move lower where it couldn't contact it.

Tightened it And with the mag it ejects and feeds perfect! Awesomeeeeee

Last year I was new to long range precision shooting. The single most expensive component is the scope. Everything else is baby steps once you've got the rifle and scope. Took me almost 2 months to get my scope because they were in such demand so my rifle sat there unfired for too long. Once I got it set up I was amazed what you could do with a quality rig.

My buddy and i took out his Mossberg bolt action shotgun and his Stevensons 720 pump action taticool shotgun out to the desert and laid waste to a few watermelons. The Mossberg was cool as **** when we could get the mag to feed the shells into the chamber. The Mossberg has a detachable box mag.

I wonder if Pepsi has that many issues they need double time also :p
They have more issues, but aren't as understaffed as we are! We're down 3-4 techs! BTW, there's an open svc tech position. Google "Las Vegas coca cola refreshments jobs" click in the second link down, and figure it out from there!

Ps. You're welcome!

I was able to find spots to take it out to 600 yds
I went down this afternoon following the good Dr's map link. Much nicer spot to shoot than going to the MM16 trash dump. The area we stopped at had a good 300 yards which is enough for the irons on my AR :) I see an optic in my future.

So my shoulder has some bruising. Not sure if it's from my shotgun or chads 30-30

Posted from outer space.
It's your shotgun. The .30-30 had a little kick but its less than a .308 and significantly less than a shotgun.
