Like the idea of the two door thread, this one is for 4 doors only... theres 179 pages of trying to figure out where is what plus a lot of the pics have been removed from photobucket......

not sure if this will fly, but it would be nice to separate them so we know where to look

********ANOTHER REQUEST********

if you can just quick list what kind of lift youre running and wheel/tire size

this will help out if anyones looking at someones rig and would like to get that same stance, ride height etc

I would stay away from smittybuilt, my experience with their stuff have left me less than satisfied. Their powder coating jobs are horrible and every piece I have from them has rusted out. Spend the extra coin on poison spider or gen right. Get it bare and prep and paint it yourself the right way

what if i stripped, primed, and painted the smittybilt myself? i have read mixed views on them from a lot of people, but i also see people who buy jeep parts and just repaint them themselves i guess so they know the parts wont rust out?!

I thought about doing that to mine but the time and money that woulda been needed to do it in my eyes makes it not even worth it. I bought bare bumpers and started fresh. Maybe if you like the xrc you can contact them and have them send it in bare steel

Not to mention smitty built stuff is all made in China. Support USA. There are a lot of really nice bumpers made right here in the states. Hanson, genright and poison spyder to name a few.

I have the Trail Grapplers. They are very aggressive, and I have been to a lot of places with them that leave people in complete awe. As of right now I have 33,000 miles on them. And of that a lot of it is offroad trail running through very rough terrain at relative high speeds. You can see just how much tread I still have left in these pics I took last week. They hold up very well, and I have never had a puncture go all of the way through them. I rotate all 5 of them every 5K miles and run the pressure at 28lbs.

I run the Trail Grapplers and think they are fantastic. SO they are heavier than other tires, but they do very well for me. Got them at a good price too and will buy another complete set of them when these are wore out. So far I've done over 31,000 on mine and they are about 1/2 wore out.
